Credit Card Refund Policy
Online credit card transactions cannot be refunded or voided through this website. Any requests for refunds shall be resolved at, and is the sole responsibility of, the Rachel’s Kitchen restaurant at which the order was placed. Refunds and/or replacement food are available upon request for orders in which the food is wrong, omitted and other similar circumstances. Refund requests may be placed directly either in person or over the phone or email. Refunds will be issued to the same card that was used in the original purchase. A cash refund will not be provided. Any transactions shall occur in US dollars only.

Tax and Processing Fee Policy
Online ordering transactions placed through this website will collect required sales tax amounts and may also collect a processing fee to cover costs associated with completing the transaction (i.e. credit card processing fees).

Delivery Policy
Delivery orders placed through our website may be delivered within a 15 mile radius of a store. Delivery orders will be charged a delivery fee which is shown at time of ordering and on your receipt. Delivery orders can be placed to be initiated immediately or scheduled for a future time.

Return Policy
Due to the heath safety requirements we are not able to accept any food returns. We will address any concerns through our refund policy listed above.

Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled by contacting Rachel’s Kitchen restaurant at which the order was placed.

We use your personal information to provide the services you request from Rachel’s Kitchen. We provide mobile apps that can be downloaded to smart phones. These apps have a variety of functionalities that enhance the guest experience. In addition to providing services, our apps may collect personal and other information that will be used in accordance with this Statement. We provide a link to this Statement to customers prior to their downloading of any of our apps.

Our mobile apps may use your device’s Global Positioning System (GPS) technology and Bluetooth technology to provide you with relevant location-based information. We will abide by your device’s settings when accessing any geo-location data. To the extent any geo-location data is combined with personal information, that information will be treated as personal information in accordance with this Statement.
