You ever walk into an eatery and feel as if you entered someones home?  Rachel’s does just that.

They have a small little place on Town Center Drive that is very clean, has a friendly staff and great food.  Their chairs are outdoor patio furniture covered with different hues of blue tiles.  When you enter the staff greet you with a smile, give you time to make your decision on what to eat, and help you out if you look stuck.

I have to say that I really like their Ultimate Grilled Cheese — three types of gooey cheese melted with freshly sliced tomato, and some home fries on the side.  Their home fries are dry, not greasy, and their grilled cheese is crispy but soft on the inside.  Overall, a great little meal that’s sure to please.

Their menu isn’t a book like some restaurants, but they have enough variety to make you take a few minutes to order something.  Their fresh juices are great, especially the watermelon, and they have fruit bowls and muffins for lighter fare.

Give Rachel’s a try.  It’s worth stopping by when you’re in the area.

Great food.
Great staff.
They made me a breakfast burrito even though it was past the b.fast cut-off time.
Home fries were not oily or over-seasoned.  Really impressed me…
Wife had the Tuna sandwich and loved it…not a sea of mayo which she hates.
Staff was cool and friendly, but did not pester us.
The decor was a surprise…I expected a “diner” or “cafe” given the name.
but it was comfortable and the music playing was a great choice.

Rachel’s Kitchen is a great place to go for lunch. Really small, but nice and quaint.  Great sandwiches, salads, and breakfasts. Pretty healthy too.

Everything I have tried here is top notch, high quality. The Mac and Cheese is probably the best i’ve had, the BBQ chicken wrap stuffed with onion rings is like a healthy version of a western cheeseburger. Onion rings and fries are cooked perfectly every time.

I recently went vegetarian, and decided to give the vegetarian sandwich a try (Eggplant, Zucchini, Squash, roasted peppers and tomatoes, goat cheese and chipotle mayo on ciabatta). I honestly wasn’t expecting much, It easily became one of the best sandwiches I have ever had and made me believe being a vegetarian CAN be tasty!. The veggies were perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor. Yes the prices are steep (10+ for an entree) but you taste the quality you paid for. Service is always friendly and inviting. Definitely worth

I love Rachel’s Kitchen! The atmosphere is very relaxed with an upscale feel. The service is fast and efficient. I love the chicken Caesar wrap, the 440 sand which and the onion rings are seriously amazing… Cooked to perfection everytime.
The breakfast here is also very good. I had “the favorite”. It consists of three eggs scrambled with goat cheese, sundried tomatoes, avocado, mushrooms and basil. The breakfast is served with breakfast potatoes and toast.
I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone as I always do.

Been meaning to hit up Rachel’s for a while, and I’m sad I didn’t get here sooner! Very tasty treats lie within; and, it’s healthy! Yes, Rachel’s is a gourmet cafe, with clean, fresh and delicious choices. But, they also have some fried treats, for those who want a low-cal sandwich, with a side of grease (to balance out the healthy part, lol).

Our first time at Rachel’s, 1pm on a Monday, and the joint was packed. The store is smallish inside, almost like a food-boutique. Bistro tables with matching chairs are scattered around, and, they are also available outside. (Being 108 degrees today, outside=no way!) Nonetheless, during the spring or fall, sitting outside would be nice. Ordered the BBQ Chicken Wrap, which comes in a spinach tortilla, with grilled chicken, romaine, tomato, onion rings and BBQ sauce. Tasty, if I do say so, nomalicious! You can get a side salad, fries or onion rings with all sammies and wraps, and I got the salad. Also, a great choice. Clean, fresh, with a creamy balsamic dressing. My friend ordered a sammie off of their low-calorie menu. Grilled chicken on wheat bread with fat-free mayo. Looked tasty! Came with the side salad as well. Everything around us looked so yummy and fresh! Everyone seemed to be enjoying their items, and on top of the tasty treats, they also have fresh brewed passion fruit iced tea!

I’ll be coming back to Rachel’s, probably sooner than later. Highly recommend. Knocked off a star for no clean tables and OK service.

So I have lived down the street from this place for 2.5 years and never stopped in.  Why?  No clue!

I will definitely heading back here soon!

Rachel’s Kitchen is a little restaurant located next to The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf and is constantly humming with business!

My friend and I stopped in there around 1:30pm on a Saturday and it was rainy.  So it was JAMMED PACKED inside, since no one could sit outside.  We placed our order at the counter, waited for a table to leave & be cleared and we sat down.  They bring the food out to you!

We both ordered the Grilled Vegetable & Chicken Salad: romaine lettuce, eggplant, zucchini, roasted red bell peppers, yellow squash, tomatoes and cucumbers tossed with balsamic basil vinaigrette dressing.

Very good!  The portions are large, so definitely ask for a to-go box.

I can’t wait to go back to try the Chopped Salad, Chinese Chicken Salad and some of their smoothies!  yum!

OMGOODNESS.  For the love of food.  Rachel’s puts their love and attention into everything that they make.  Breakfast is always very healthy and satisfying.  If you order egg whites, it is never cooked in any fat or oil.  The Hawaiian Bliss and Berry Mania smoothies are something to write home about!  If you want a quick salad or wrap, the portions are large and the choices are plenty.  The tuna wrap isnt loaded with mayo and they ALWAYS have a homemade soup of the day.  If you love fruit salad, it’s always deliciously ripe and worth the extra coinage as a substitute for a side choice. No time to make lunch? Rachel’s would be my first choice.  Pop in and place an order, or order online, they always get your order right the first time!  I could spend my entire paycheck at Rachel’s kitchen and never have buyer’s remorse.  Rachel, I will have one of everything!
