Rachel’s Kitchen is the creation of Debbie Sofer Roxarzade, and named after her daughter Rachel.
Through hard work and commitment to excellence, Debbie brings guests an array of delicious recipes in an inviting dining experience.
An excellent cook with a passion for food, Debbie opened her first cafe’ in Beverly Hills. Her vision was to serve fresh, high quality and delicious food with a gourmet touch at very affordable prices. This approach made her cafe’ a local favorite and immediate success. She went on to own and operate seven locations throughout Beverly Hills and Los Angeles.
While on a business trip with her husband to Las Vegas, Debbie fell so in love with the valley that she and her family decided to move here in 2006. That same year Rachel’s Kitchen opened the doors at it’s first location in Summerlin. Four years later the first Rachel’s Kitchen franchise opened in The District at Green Valley Ranch.
Thanks to customer support and booming business, the Summerlin location moved to a larger location at 3330 S. Hualapai and Desert Inn, on July 28, 2011.
In 2012, Rachel’s Kitchen opened in Summerlin North at the Trails. The restaurant is located at Trailwood & Spring Gate.
The newest addition to the Rachel’s Kitchen family is located downtown at the Ogden at 150 N. Las Vegas Blvd.
A 5th location is scheduled to open up this summer in Centennial Hills on Durango and Deer Springs.
